With this privacy policy we inform you about the handling of your personal data. "We", that is Etika, represented by the CEO Federica Suess.
2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you visit the website, Etika automatically saves the IP address abbreviated by the last three digits, the name and version of the browser you use, the operating system you use, and the date and duration of your visit.
In addition, Etika collects the personal data that you provide Etika with when you register or make an inquiry. In particular, this involves the following data: Name, e-mail address, address (billing address and possibly different delivery address), company, optional telephone number and bank details.

4. Advertising and newsletter
Etika also uses the information you provide to inform you about offers from Etika. Newsletters will only be sent by e-mail with your express prior consent, and newsletters will only be sent by post if you have not objected to the use of your data. In order to receive Etika's newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address. The e-mail delivery will only start when you have clicked on the confirmation link in the e-mail sent to the specified e-mail address. Etika does not collect any further data. The data collected in this way will be used exclusively to subscribe to Etika's newsletter. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way is not compared with data that may be collected by other components of the website.

9. Deletion of your data
Etika will delete the logged and collected data as soon as and to the extent required by law.
